I think, they stink!

I don't know about you, but whenever I travel, and someone asks where I am from, and I say "Orange County", they assume my parents are rich, and my boobs must be fake. It used to be they assumed I was a professional surfer which was far more of an exciting idea to entertain. But now we are not only screwed with this unrealistic image of inflated body parts and egos, but I think people are really trying to live up to the image. Now when you go to a club in the OC, you are greeted with judgement by a bouncer and club promoter who feel god because they shop at Nordstrom's and have a decent hair stylist.

So why do I love Orange County? #1 My family and friends live here, and life is not necessarily about where you live, but who you live close to. #2 We have an awesome coast, including a beach I can take my mut and plenty of places to entertain ourselves. #3 The weather is out of this world spectacular. #4 We are centrally located between the ocean and the mountains, San Diego and LA. #5 We have the Angels and the Ducks!

I just moved back from Florida and I was almost embarrassed to say I was from "The OC" cuz I would follow that exclamation with "but even though I lived 15 away from Laguna Beach, I am not those spoiled kids on the TV"
