Relay for Life of Huntington Beach Kick Off Party!

Huntington Beach, CA –The American Cancer Society is holding its Kickoff Party for the “18th Annual Relay For Life” of Huntington Beach on Friday, February 26, 2009 starting at 6:30 pm at the Hilton Waterfront Resort, 21100 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA. Complimentary appetizers will be served, a cash bar will be available and guest speakers will inform and entertain attendees.

HB RFL Event Chair Victoria Alberty says, “Over the years I’ve known way too many people who have suffered with cancer. Some are survivors; sadly some lost their battle. Everyone involved in our Relay believes in what they’re doing – and they volunteer their time and efforts because they care”.

Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people- to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer; remember loved ones lost to the disease; and fight back against a disease that takes too much.
